Texas is entering a new era of film and television, and Thursday at Two exists to help it take shape. We connect the locations, brands, and financing that content creators need, bridging the people who make great stories with the Texans who can power them.
One firm, three ways to turn a production into Texas opportunity.
We believe creativity and commerce work best as partners. Each of our three pillars creates opportunities for content creators, property owners, brands, and capital partners to come together—helping great stories get made while delivering meaningful business results for all involved.

Why Thursday at 2?
Because it's the best hour of the week.
The pressure of Monday is gone. Friday's finish line is in sight. The week's biggest challenges are taking shape, victories are beginning to emerge, and there's still time to finish strong. It's the ideal hour to step away from the desk, raise a glass with trusted colleagues, and talk about what's next.
Because the people who will make time for you on a Thursday at 2 PM are usually the people who matter most. They're the ones who show up, share ideas, open doors, solve problems, and celebrate successes. Those conversations often become the foundation for the best partnerships, opportunities, and friendships.
Three pillars into the Texas production economy.
Each of our three pillars delivers value on its own. Together, they create a powerful ecosystem that allows us to bring property owners, producers, brands, and capital partners together at the same table.
Leveraging proprietary technology, artificial intelligence, and a curated network of locations, brands, and financing partners, we identify the right opportunities, make the right connections, and help productions operate more efficiently. The result is greater revenue potential, streamlined execution, and more resources devoted to what matters most: telling a great story.
Connecting iconic Texas properties with the productions that need them.
This division is owner-first. We seek contractual relationships with commercial and residential property owners and act as their advisor for production-related revenue (like a talent agency would represent an actor). Rather than operating as a location-scout-for-hire, we build a curated portfolio of represented properties and actively source opportunities for them to be used by films, television, commercials, photography shoots, and branded-content productions.
Texas, on screen. (coming soon)
The images below are representative as we build our full database. Our curated portfolio of represented properties — commercial, residential, landscape and historic site, sourced uniquely for film, television and commercial productions — is coming soon:
Turning screen time into production revenue.
We connect brands with film and television productions in Texas.
Through our relationships with producers, studios, and content creators, we create opportunities for brands to integrate naturally into stories audiences already love. These partnerships can include product placement, promotional support, or financing a TV series for feature film/documentary that tells a story of a brand in a truly unique way.
For Texas-based companies—and brands with an authentic connection to Texas—film and television offer a modern marketing platform that cuts through the noise. In a world saturated with advertising, storytelling remains one of the most effective ways to build awareness, relevance, and lasting audience connection.
Connecting productions to the right financing.
A production finance advisory practice that connects filmmakers with lenders, investors, family offices, and other capital sources. We focus on facilitating bridge and gap financing, helping productions secure the funding they need to move forward.
The Standing Meeting
Thursday at Two is a Texas-based entertainment advisory firm. The name is a wink: Thursday at two is the moment the week changes — and it's exactly when you'd drop everything to meet the people worth meeting. We bring together locations, production finance, and brands, and we believe the best deals still happen face to face.

Owner-first
We represent the owners, producers, and brands we work with, and we're accountable to them. Our job is to find their upside and bring the right partners to the project.
Relationship-led
Presence builds trust, and trust builds opportunity. We cultivate relationships across studios, lenders, and brands long before a project needs them.
Texas-rooted
Austin is home, and the world is our horizon. We know both Hollywood and Texas, and we connect the two.
Creativity & commerce, together
Great stories and smart strategy aren't opposites. We treat them as two halves of the same job, and look for outcomes that work for everyone at the table.
Warm & straightforward
Low-ego, clear, and easy to work with. We take the work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously.
We share the win
When a project comes together, that's worth marking. We share the wins with the clients and partners who help create them.
✦ Texas has the locations, the production finance, and the brands. We make sure productions find them — and that Texans share in the win.
A new era for production in Texas.
Texas is entering its most significant entertainment growth cycle in decades. SB 22 provides long-term funding to attract film, television, and digital media production to the state, creating new opportunities for locations, brands, production finance partners, and communities across Texas.
Historically, Texas had incentives, but funding was inconsistent and significantly smaller than states like Georgia, New Mexico, Louisiana, and New York.
With SB 22, Texas created a dedicated incentive fund and committed $300 million every two years through 2035 — roughly $1.5 billion over the next decade. SB 22 makes Texas much more competitive in those conversations.
